Can You Trust Your Survey Results?
Survey Researchers rely on SQA because:
We expose flaws in your survey design that can invalidate your survey results. We show you real people responding to your survey. We show you how they misinterpret and misunderstand your questions.

Why SQA?

You are conducting survey research and have tons of experience creating surveys. You have proofread your survey. Your colleagues have too.

You are certain it is worded perfectly. Respondents won't be confused. Your survey is flawless.

But is it really?

When you write a survey and read it over and over you tend to become blind to it. You just can't imagine how others will misinterpret it.

There is nothing like watching a REAL respondent complete your survey out-loud to expose the flaws.

When you watch your first SQA Test of your survey you will inevitably have an "A-Ha" moment. Watching a real respondent stumble you will think, "I can't believe I missed that!"

After that you will never send out a survey again without running an SQA Test on it first.

What You Get.

SQA provides one-click, turnkey survey pretesting with results in hours.

At SQA we let you watch as real people complete your survey. We let you listen as they tell you exactly what they understand each question to mean.

Within hours you get a video and audio of real people doing the following for each survey question
  1. Read the question and quickly answer it as she normally would.
  2. Read the question more carefully out-loud and paraphrase in her own words what she understands it to mean.
  3. Explain how she was thinking about answering the question.
  4. Answer the question again based on this more careful interpretation.
  5. Rate the clarity of the question on a scale of 1-10.
You will be amazed by what you learn about your own survey. Aren't you curious?

Satisfied Clients.

Pretest, Pretest, Pretest!

“It ain't what you don't know that gets you into trouble. It's what you know for sure that just ain't so.”
-- Mark Twain
Pretesting is a vital step in creating a survey that will generate results you can trust.

Without pretesting you are just guessing whether respondents are interpreting your questions as you intended. Pretesting is considered mandatory best practice by serious survey researchers.

There is a great deal of literature on the pretesting process. If you would like to learn more about pretesting here are some resources you may find helpful:
